• Payment Information: Processed securely via Cashfree Payments (we do not store card data)
• Usage Data: Sessions, chat history, device type, app usage patterns

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing personalised AI tutoring and educational services
• Sending progress reports and notifications via WhatsApp and email
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Complying with legal obligations under Indian law

3. Data Protection for Minors

Mitra Stack serves students including those under 18. We collect parental consent for users under 18, in compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with service providers: Supabase, Groq, Resend, Cashfree, and legal authorities when required by Indian law.

5. Data Deletion

Request deletion by emailing pk@mitrastack.in. Processed within 30 days per DPDP Act 2023.
